Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

You will perform repairs, project carpentry tasks, and preventative maintenance while ensuring safety standards, timely work orders, and resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and basic English communication are required, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and HVAC.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Maintain a clean, safe property and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance and safety compliance.
• Keep accurate work orders and communicate with leadership.
