Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties, ensuring top customer service and curb appeal on-site at the assigned property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness and identify issues for repair or replacement.
• Assist with property emergencies and communicate maintenance issues to leadership promptly.
