Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Service Technician to perform mechanical and maintenance work ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role features an schedule Tue-Sat and requires 1-2 years of experience with EPA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing units for leasing, inventory management, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance and property upkeep.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing by completing move‑in tasks and punch lists.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Documents work orders accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as required.
• Supports cost‑control by repairing parts instead of replacing them where feasible.
