Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to Greystar standards for safety and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and assist with preventative maintenance across a 257-unit stabilized garden-style community.

Requires 1–2 years' maintenance experience, EPA Type 1/II or Universal certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years experience in maintenance preferred.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license to operate on-property equipment.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and inspects completed work.
• Maintains inventory and uses tools safely according to policy.
