Responsibilities

• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA training requirements.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and adherence to specs.
• Participate in regular property inspections.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
