Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness to meet company standards. The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, punch lists, inventory, and documentation.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to work in all weather, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to assist other properties.

Qualifications

• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing by completing make-ready tasks and coordinating vendors.
• Accesses materials from maintenance; tracks inventory and notifies re-orders.
• Documents work orders accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; assists with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
