Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for vacant homes while upholding safety and quality standards.

This full-time on-site role requires EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather, including evenings and weekends. We offer robust benefits and opportunities within a global real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common mechanical/electrical issues.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and perform punch lists.
• Track materials and return unused items to storage.
• Document service requests accurately for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed.
• Adhere to cost-control practices and proper tool use.
