Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Manor Crossing property in Manor, TX. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, respond to maintenance requests, and help maintain curb appeal and safety standards for residents.

We value teamwork, safety, and excellent customer service. A high school diploma and at least one year of property maintenance experience are required; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Must comply with safety requirements.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods) and after-hours maintenance.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership about issues.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations.
• Maintain curb appeal and professional conduct at all times.
