Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and performing preventative maintenance on-site at Greystar properties.

You will handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, maintain inventory, and support safety and risk management initiatives. A valid driver’s license, EPA refrigerant certifications, and local licensing are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications must be valid.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready processes for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Assists in material procurement and inventory tracking for maintenance operations.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
