Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, perform make-ready tasks for vacants, and maintain common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid state/local certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and requisition supplies, return unused items, notify supervisor of reorders.
• Document service requests accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Assist groundskeeping and general cleaning tasks; support in repairs and painting as needed.
