Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our community properties, ensuring safe, clean, and well‑kept grounds, facilities, streets and amenities for residents and staff.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule tasks, handle repairs, manage lighting, landscaping, pool upkeep, and respond to after-hours emergencies. A high school diploma and practical maintenance knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• Broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient with hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the community's physical integrity and a clean living environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and amenities.
• Inspect and repair facilities and amenities as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and notices.
• Complete daily and weekly checklists and quarterly reporting.
