Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs. You will report to the Facilities Supervisor and help keep our resort facilities in top condition for guests and residents.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety compliance, completing work orders, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities per Roberts Resorts policies and procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep the resort functional and visually appealing.
• Carry out minor electrical work following safety standards.
• Address plumbing issues such as clogs and leaks.
• Conduct landscaping tasks including mowing and brush clearing.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work independently and complete tasks promptly while complying with safety standards.
