Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep, repairs, and safety for a residential community. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance knowledge, and scheduling capabilities to keep facilities in prime condition.

You will manage daily work orders, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining excellent curb appeal across the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in general maintenance, preferably in campground/resort or residential housing.
• Experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of heating, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of structures, meet safety standards and provide a well-maintained living environment.
• Inspect daily to ensure curb appeal and show quality.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and plan daily work orders.
• Lead ongoing property maintenance plans and assist with quarterly inspections.
• Train staff on procedures, safety standards, and workmanship; maintain records.
