Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the integrity of our communities. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, upkeep of grounds, facilities, streets, amenities, equipment, and utility systems while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Broad knowledge of maintenance techniques and repair work.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient in operating hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for afterhours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a safe, clean living environment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, notices, and inspections.
• Complete minor repairs to utility systems and streets.
• Inspect and repair facilities and amenities to ensure good condition.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use safety equipment.
