Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Rayford, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our community facilities, grounds, and amenities. You will help keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor, prioritization of tasks, and strict adherence to safety procedures while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient with hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
• Able to provide legible written reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep facilities and grounds in good condition.
• Maintain clubhouses, pools, courts, maintenance garage, and amenities.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure safety.
• Repaint, replace bulbs, remove debris, and perform repairs as needed.
• Complete daily/weekly checklists and quarterly reports.
