Job summary

Roberts Resorts is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to manage routine maintenance across grounds and facilities. The role includes landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.

You will ensure safety standards, complete timely work orders, and maintain equipment in good working condition. The position requires flexibility for weekend or holiday shifts, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment and facility repairs.
• Report to Facilities Supervisor and ensure upkeep of facilities.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner to ensure resort readiness.
• Engage in landscaping duties such as lawn mowing, weed removal, and brush clearing.
• Address plumbing issues and minor electrical work in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Operate independently with self-reliance and efficiency.
