Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Willis, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across the community, facilities, and utilities while delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will lead tasks with the Maintenance Supervisor, complete checklists, maintain grounds and amenities, and respond to emergencies as needed, ensuring safety and high standards throughout the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge across plumbing, electrical, and grounds.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery; report in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain community facilities.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, pool, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Complete daily/weekly checklists and assist with safety inspections.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
