Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance such as landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs across our resort facilities. You will report to the Facilities Supervisor and ensure upkeep and readiness of the resort environment.

The role emphasizes outdoor grounds care, preventative maintenance, safe operation of tools, and timely completion of work orders, with a focus on OSHA-compliant practices and high standards of guest

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs.
• Address plumbing issues and fix leaks; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain tools and equipment; complete work orders promptly.
• Work independently under supervision; participate in preventative maintenance.
