The job requires a valid driver’s license, experience in home repairs and plumbing, snow plow capability, and willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience in home repairs and general plumbing.
• Snow plow experience, heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to prioritize safety and attend trainings.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas by driving through the community.
• Repair and maintain community-owned homes and lots.
• Mow lawns, weed eat, remove leaves and debris, snow plow.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and serviced.
• Keep logs of work performed in the community.
