Job summary

UMH Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance worker at Forest Park Village Community in Cranberry Township. The role focuses on groundskeeping, routine repairs, and keeping homes and lots in good condition for residents.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, experience with home repairs and operating heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety. Overtime may be required; the position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Broad range of experience in home repairs, general plumbing, grounds maintenance and operation of heavy equipment.
• Snow plow experience.
• Ability to prioritize safety in all job duties and attend periodic safety trainings.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to complete job duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive UMH vehicles through the community daily to inspect common areas.
• Record violations observed during daily inspections.
• Repair and maintain community-owned homes and lots.
• Maintain community grounds including mowing, weed eating, leaves, snow plowing.
• Keep work areas clean and safe with proper waste disposal and clear aisles and exits.
