Ideal candidates will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general repairs while delivering courteous service. Candidates must live within 30 miles of the property and be able to participate in an on-call schedule and weekend shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.
