Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in a thorough, timely manner.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory monitoring of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards with residents.
• Follow safety policies and keep work areas organized and clean.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and budgets with supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors and supervisors.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manufacturer guidance.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and on-call emergency service.
