Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and support a preventative maintenance program to uphold safety and curb appeal.

This role emphasizes resident service and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience, with EPA Type I/II preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist supervisor with inventory of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff and vendors.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manuals.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and turn events.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service.
