PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across assigned apartment communities. The role emphasizes resident service, safety, and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor to sustain property value.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and EPA Type I/II certification preferred. The job requires on-call rotation, weekend/holiday availability, and mobility within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory management of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service.
