Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an affordable housing community. You will assist with preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and support make-ready activities to meet property objectives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance, safety focus, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and responsive work orders.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and inventory records.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and follow safety guidelines.
