Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance for the Durham, NC area. You will handle routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units and common areas meet operational standards.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, pool maintenance, inventory tracking, and participation in safety programs. A HS diploma and basic computer skills are required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and units; respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop adhering to safety standards.
