Job summary

Asset Living in Pineville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Essential duties include performing on-site repairs, unit make-ready, pool upkeep, grounds care, recording service requests, and assisting with safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.

Education
