Job summary

Asset Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to keep the community in excellent condition.

This on-site role requires regular attendance, on-call readiness, and the ability to service common areas, buildings, units, pools, and grounds while maintaining logs and following OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain daily cleanup of exterior areas including grounds and common spaces.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logs; ensure safety and logs are accurate.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory, safety, and inspections; on-call emergencies.
