Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and make-ready needs of our properties. You will assist in routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance under supervision, ensuring safety and quality across common areas and units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance staff with corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Support make-ready process to meet property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
