Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's maintenance operations in Durham, NC. You will handle corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance, including cosmetic work and make-readies, under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety while collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. If you meet the on-site requirements, join our fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for onsite software use.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover tasks for units.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and document work.
• Report safety hazards and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
