Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operation in line with company standards. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, executing preventative maintenance, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Based at The Arboretum property, Charlotte, NC, the position requires on-call evenings and weekends, valid EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• OSHA safety training and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Execute make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Manage materials, inventory, and documentation for service requests.
