Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Arboretum in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant units for leasing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-site duties across common areas and grounds. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid license are required, along with state/local certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspects work.
• Manages materials, inventory, and re-orders as needed.
