Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair systems across the property. The role includes completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting in make-ready preparations for new residents.

You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and functional operations of buildings, grounds, and amenities. Qualifications include EPA certifications for refrigerants and a valid driver's license to operate property vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair capabilities to keep property assets functioning.
• Ability to diagnose issues from resident requests and perform fixes.
• Experience with make-ready processes for vacant units and coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, stock, and re-orders with the maintenance supervisor.
• Documents work promptly for accurate record-keeping and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting curb/ signage.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
