Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet Greystar standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks for new moves, and document work orders with precision.

Required EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license. The role includes on-site work with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain property

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification required (Type I/II or Universal).
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Strong adherence to safety procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, secure materials, and return unused items to the proper location.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and minor painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
