Qualifications

• Wamiliarity with preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ability to interpret safety standards and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and conduct pre-move-out inspections.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors since needed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and basic painting.
• Contribute to cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
