Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and preventative repairs across the property’s buildings and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and help prepare units for new tenants with attention to safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 & 2 or Universal.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair building systems.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track materials, inventory, and return unused items to storage; notify supervisor for re-orders.
