Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist with preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across communities. You will participate in make-ready processes under supervision, respond to work orders, and support a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws. On-call and on-site attendance are expected as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the hazard communications program; teach and promote safe work practices.
• On-call emergency at community and respond to maintenance/repair-related turn events.
