JES Holdings, including its Fairway Management division (FWM), is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Jefferson City properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, unit turns, and repairs across multifamily buildings.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, with an eye for safety, punctuality, and resident service. Requires HS diploma; on-call and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Travel for regional and corporate training as required.
