Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management (FWM) currently seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support the Halls of Brookfield & Weatherby in Macon, MO. You will perform preventative maintenance, unit turns, and general repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.

The role requires 3+ years of multifamily or commercial maintenance, a high school diploma, and knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE inspections. Overtime, on-call duties, and travel to regional trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Conduct unit make-readies including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning as needed.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties as needed.
