Job summary

JES Holdings in Pacific, MO, is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to support the Fairway Management division. The role involves maintenance, preventive tasks, and timely completion of resident work orders in affordable housing communities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or related settings, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems. Overtime and travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during turn, PMs, and repairs.
• Perform general repairs independently and complete daily work orders.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist neighboring properties as needed.
• Be on call after hours and travel for regional training as required.
• Ensure unit make-readies are completed promptly and safely.
