Job summary

JES Holdings / Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service Woodbury Place I & II in O'Fallon, MO. This full-time role focuses on completing unit turns, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs to keep residents' homes safe and comfortable.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or similar settings, strong plumbing/electrical skills, and knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE inspections. Overtime and travel to nearby properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make readies ensuring timely completion including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks as needed.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a registered and insured vehicle.
