Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Jefferson City, MO site. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and client-facing property upkeep to ensure our communities are safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with residents and vendors, and participating in on-call rotations. A High School diploma and 3+ years of multifamily or commercial maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain curb appeal and respond to work orders promptly.
• Be available for on-call after hours and assist neighboring properties as needed.
