Job summary
Forvia is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance professional to lead and optimize plant maintenance and TPM efforts. You will analyze downtime, coordinate preventive maintenance, and generate standard procedures.
The role requires PLC and robot expertise, plus strong inventory and personnel management skills. Ideal candidates hold a related engineering degree and 3+ years in automotive maintenance, with experience across hydraulic, pneumatic, welding systems and PM software.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
- Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Industrial Maintenance and TPM.
- Spare parts inventory management.
- Personnel management.
- Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs and major robot brands (ABB/KUKA/FANUC).
- Familiarity with ISO 14001/ISSO 45001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Machine and UAP downtime analysis.
- Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician.
- Weekly downtime indicator analysis; monthly issuance.
- Preventive Maintenance program execution; PM software administration.
- Generation of standard maintenance procedures.
- Weekly TPM meetings coordination; training in TPM and preventive topics.
- Maintenance of extraction systems.
