Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and stock room teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate repair and preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across electrical and mechanical systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance leadership, knowledge of Quality and HSE, and experience with robotics and fixtures. This role emphasizes safety, coaching, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial electronics with mechanics/automation specialization.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety & Environment skills.
• Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical trades.
• Experience with robotics and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and stock room personnel work orders and workload prioritization.
• Maintain attendance, time, and vacation schedules for the team.
• Assist engineering with locating and maintaining repair parts for equipment.
• Direct and coordinate repair and preventive maintenance for manufacturing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement actions for productivity, efficiency, and quality.
