Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a seasoned maintenance professional to strengthen plant operations. You will lead machine uptime analysis, manage preventive maintenance, coordinate TPM meetings, and drive continuous improvement across hydraulic, pneumatic, welding equipment, and robotics.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance and 3–5 years in automotive, with experience in Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs and major robot brands.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Industrial Maintenance and TPM
• Spare parts inventory management
• Personnel management
• Siemens PLC
• Allen Bradley PLC
• ABB robot knowledge
• KUKA robot knowledge
• FANUC robot knowledge
• VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar

• Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator Issuance of monthly
• Preventive Maintenance program Weekly
• Analysis of preventive maintenance
• Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines PM software administration
• Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures
• Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics Maintenance of extraction systems
