Job summary
Forvia is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support industrial maintenance, TPM, and preventive maintenance programs in our Florida facility. You will analyze downtime, coordinate weekly TPM meetings, and ensure equipment uptime for hydraulic, pneumatic, welding systems and robotics.
The ideal candidate has a mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or electrical engineering background with 3–5 years in automotive maintenance, and hands-on experience with ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robots, plus
Qualifications
- Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electrical Engineering background.
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
- Spare parts inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Machine and UAP downtime analysis and reporting.
- Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician and TPM support.
- Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines.
- PM software administration and data keeping.
- Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures and SOPs.
- Coordination of weekly TPM meetings and training of personnel in TPM topics.
- Maintenance of extraction systems.
