Qualifications

• Spare parts inventory management.
• Personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Machine and UAP downtime analysis.
• Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician.
• Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator; Issuance of monthly.
• Preventive Maintenance program; Weekly.
• Analysis of preventive maintenance.
• Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines; PM software administration.
• Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures.
• Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting; Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics.
• Maintenance of extraction systems.
