Job summary

Forvia in Michigan is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician specializing in machine uptime analysis and preventive maintenance. You will drive downtime analysis, PM planning, and TPM activities while coordinating routine maintenance tasks and training technicians to uphold high reliability and safety standards.

You should bring hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment, plus knowledge of major industrial robots and PLCs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• Experience in automotive industry TPM.

Responsibilities

• Machine and UAP downtime analysis.
• Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician.
• Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator.
• Issuance of monthly Preventive Maintenance program.
• Weekly Analysis of preventive maintenance.
• Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines.
• PM software administration.
• Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures.
• Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting.
• Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics.
• Maintenance of extraction systems.
