Job summary
Forvia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to analyze downtime, perform TPM coordination and train staff in preventive maintenance practices. You will manage spare parts and safety standards in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key responsibilities include creating standard maintenance procedures, coordinating weekly TPM meetings, and maintaining extraction systems while ensuring PM software runs smoothly across the plant.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or Electrical engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
- Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Industrial Maintenance and TPM expertise.
- Spare parts inventory management proficiency.
- Knowledge of ABB, KUKA and FANUC robots.
- Familiarity with VDA 6.1, IATF 16949, ISO 14001/ISO 45001.
Responsibilities
- Downtime analysis for machines and UAP and weekly plant indicators.
- Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician and TPM coordination.
- Issuance of monthly and weekly preventive maintenance routines.
- Generate standard maintenance work procedures.
- Coordinate TPM meetings and train personnel on TPM topics.
- Maintenance of extraction systems and PM software administration.
