Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to analyze machine downtime, supervise technicians, and drive TPM initiatives across the plant. You will contribute to preventive maintenance, procedures, and weekly/monthly reporting.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Mechatronics or related field and 3+ years in industrial maintenance with HVAC/hydraulic/pneumatic and welding equipment experience within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in Industrial Maintenance and TPM experience.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• Experience in automotive industry (3–5 years).
• Familiarity with quality systems (VDA 6.1, IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001).

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine and UAP downtime and maintenance impact.
• Conduct labor analysis by maintenance technicians.
• Issue weekly/monthly downtime indicators and PM routines.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and PM software.
• Generate standard maintenance work procedures.
• Coordinate TPM meetings and train personnel in TPM topics.
• Maintain extraction systems and manage spare parts inventory.
